Little Painters...

I had some little people painting in my workshop!! ;) Kya, Kiera and Sophia all wanted to make their own screen... so they all came down to my little work area at my mom's and each made a heart!! :) Such cuties!!!

CrAzY HaIr DaY!!

At school for homecoming week the kids had CRAZY HAIR DAY!! Owen's didn't last all day... so this is what was left, but Parker was a trooper and kept his in all day!! :)

Clay County Fair

We spent the day in Spencer at the Clay County Fair!!! The kids LOVED it!!! I remember getting to go with my Dad and we always had such a great time!! Today was cold tho... we had to bundle up!! :)

Chuck E Cheese

We spent the day at Chuck E Cheese with Nikki, Cooper and Bodi!! :) The kids were wild and crazy and loved every minute of it!! :)

Iowa/Iowa State Game

 Dana and Ryan hosted a BBQ for the Iowa/Iowa State game this weekend!! It was a good time!! :)

Fairground Field Trip

Parker's second grade class had a field trip to the Ida County fairgrounds... and I got to tag along!! :) It really was a lot of fun!!! I probably learned more than the kids... :)

FIRST day of School

My babies are growing ENTIRELY too fast!!! :( Today marks another milestone.... Owen starts KINDERGARTEN!!! {sniff} Parker is in SECOND grade this year! A NEW school and a NEW year! The boys are both super excited to start school in Ida Grove!!!

Living with NINA

Well... to say that there are not a lot of houses available in a small town would be an understatement for this town. So... We have decided to stay with Nina until we find a house that will work for our family (this may take a while)!! It's a little crowded... but we are managing. (she may not say the same) :)

We're MOVING!!!!

This has been a tough month... My Mom has been having health issues and while we have tried to get her to move to Waukee... it just wasn't in the cards for her to make that move! With that being said, we have decided to move back to Ida Grove to be closer to her! We are so THANKFUL that Nick's company is able to work with us! They are allowing us to make the move and Nick can work from home some and still do some travelling! We couldn't be happier since he LOVES his job and there really is nothing like it in the Ida Grove area! I am sad to say goodbye to my daycare families and friends... and pray they each find wonderful people to care for their babies!! That has been the hardest for me... I LOVE my little kiddos I watch... they have became part of the family! I will miss them terribly! We are moving the last weekend in July... so this is a QUICK move! ;)

We also are so THANKFUL that we have found a wonderful family to rent our home!! We tried to sell it but the market is not good right now in Des Moines! The family renting it is the youth pastor from our church in Waukee... what are the odds!?!? :) We think God had a hand in this one.... obviously! :)
